You won't have to.

There's not a lot of steps.  All the information is included in the User Manual in Chapter 8:

First, you'll need a terminal emulator that supports XModem-CRC for binary file transfers.  I use Tera Term:

https://github.com/TeraTermProject/teraterm/releases

Plug a straight thru serial cable into RS232-2.  The serial port defaults to 57,600, 8, N (see page 8-2).  You should see a console prompt by pressing Enter, like this "7330>" (see page 8-10).

The configuration you want is the Active Configuration.  Type "SBOOT" then press Enter.  You get the SBOOT storage management menu (see page 8-20).  Type D then Enter to display the stored files (see page 8-22).  Configuration Management is described in its own section (see page 8-27).  Save Repeater Configuration will save the Active Configuration to a Flash storage location CONFIG_A, B, C, or D (see page 8-29).  Once saved, you will use the Transfer a File to a PC from Controller Flash command (Upload, see page 8-32) to transfer this Binary file to your PC.

This is a small binary file that contains all of your controller configuration.  It transfers very quickly and safely using XModem-CRC.  On TeraTerm, use File, Transfer, XModem, Receive.  In the Open Dialog, be sure to select CRC if offered.  There is a timer.  If it times out, just press Enter to get the 7330> prompt and start again.

Once you have the binary file on your PC, you can use the S-COM Configuration Utility to generate 3 types of files: a Full Report (the default), a script of all the non-default programming, and a script with all possible commands with the default ones commented out.  The report and script files are described in the S-COM Configuration Utility starting on page 8-33.

There is one optional step after this.  Sigrid Company offers the P7330 Programming Software that will read in the report file from the S-COM Configuration Utility and display the info on a tabbed programming editor.  They have a free download to try it out before purchase:
